½-1 ripe avocado

1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)

1tbls organic cacao or to taste

Dash of water, coconut or almond milk

1/4 tsp natural peppermint extract

Stevia to taste if required

*For added protein try a 1-2 tbls of vegan plain or vanilla protein powder or nut butter

To make this yummy chocolate avocado mousse icecream, place ingredients in a blender, add small dashes of water or milk alternative until the mixture combines . Remember to peel the bananas before freezing. And blend blend blend for a nice smooth consistency.
