Kale Chips With A Zingggg
You will need:

1 bunch (about 250g) curly or tuscan kale

2 tablespoons organic virgin coconut oil

1 teaspoon paprika
-
1/2 teaspoon dried red chilli flakes

Himalayan salt to season
Lets make it:

Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.

Trim the centre stems from the kale, and tear into small bite size pieces. Combine coconut oil, paprika and chilli in a large bowl. Add kale leaves and coat in the mixture. Spread the kale out in a single layer on baking trays.

Bake for aprroximately 12-15 minutes or until leaves are crisp. Serve sprinkled with Himalayan salt and enjoy!
