Kale Chips With A Zingggg

You will need:

  •  1 bunch (about 250g) curly or tuscan kale
  •  2 tablespoons organic virgin coconut oil
  •  1 teaspoon paprika
  •  1/2 teaspoon dried red chilli flakes
  •  Himalayan salt to season

Lets make it:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
  • Trim the centre stems from the kale, and tear into small bite size pieces. Combine coconut oil, paprika and chilli in a large bowl. Add kale leaves and coat in the mixture. Spread the kale out in a single layer on baking trays.
  • Bake for aprroximately 12-15 minutes or until leaves are crisp. Serve sprinkled with Himalayan salt and enjoy!
