PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 4 HOURS
You will need:
• 1/2 very ripe medium-sized banana & 1/2 a cup of blueberries
• 2 tbsp. chia seeds
• . tsp. pure vanilla extract
• . cup almond milk
• stevia to taste
• Optional: additional kiwi or fruit of choice, nuts, etc
• Optional: add 1tbs vegan protein powder
Let’s make it:
In a medium bowl, add the banana and blueberries. Mash it with the back of a fork.
Add the chia seeds, stevia, vanilla and almond milk. Stir to combine
Mix well, ensuring chia seeds are evenly distributed. Layer banana and blueberries. Cover the bowl. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 3/4 hours. Stir well. Serve cold. Optional: Top or layer with fruit, nuts, etc.
