Salted Caramel Twix Bites

You will need:

1 cup of tahini

8 dates

½ tsp Himalayan salt

½ cup desiccated coconut

100gm Loving Earth or Panna Raw Chocolate


Let’s make it:

Blend tahini, dates, Himalayan salt and coconut in a food processor until combined, add water if needed. Press on to a lined baking tray or loaf tin and pop into the fridge to harden for 10/15 mins. Melt chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water, ensuring no water gets into the chocolate bowl as it will stop the consistency from being smooth.  Remove the tray, poor the chocolate over the tray then cut into slices once set, or cut into individual piece and place dollops on each piece. Return to the fridge or freezer to set.
