You will need:

1 cup organic almond milk, coconut milk or coconut water

1/2 cup berries of choice fresh or frozen

1/2 banana fresh or frozen

1-2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds, nut butter/tahini

1/4 avocado

Let’s make it!

Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and combined. Optional: layer with coconut or whole organic yoghurt, more fruit, crushed nuts, cacao nibs, or turn it into a smoothie bowl!
