Chocolate Muggin Lava Cake

Y o u w i l l n e e d:

2 eggs

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbls virgin coconut oil

1 tsp natural vanilla extract

2 tbsp raw honey, maple syrup or stevia to taste

1/4 cup almond meal

Pinch of Himalayan salt

2 tbls Pure Harvest Coco Spread

Optional toppings such as strawberries

L e t s m a k e i t:

Preheat oven to 190°c. Coat ramekins or 2 mugs with a little bit of coconut oil and 1 tbsp of the cacao powder. In a separate bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Divide batter among ramekins or mugs. Place chocolate coco spread into the middle of the mixture in each ramekin or mug. Place on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and allow to cool 3 minutes.
