Very Berry Slushie

You will need:

2-3 cups of strawberries or blueberries, frozen (other berries can be used but are gritty in texture once frozen and blended)

2-4 tbsp raw honey (agave or stevia to substitute)

1 ½ cups ice

Juice of ¼ lemon, use the rest of the lemon for garnish

Let’s make it:

Place berries, honey and the juice of lemon into a blender. Blend until smooth and a slushi consistency.

Add ice to the blender and blend until desired thick and icy. Pour into glasses and serve with sliced lemon on top.
