Homemade Vanilla Bean White Choc

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOK TIME: 5-10 minutes

SERVES: 2-3 ‘blocks’ depending on size

You will need:

2 tins organic coconut milk

1/4 cup virgin coconut oil

1 tsp natural vanilla extract

Pinch pink Himalayan salt

2 tbsp nut butter (cashew, peanut, almond) OR nut-free butter (sunflower)

2 tbsp cacao butter

Maple syrup, coconut sugar, rice malt or stevia to taste

Let’s make it:

Add ingredients to a saucepan on low heat. Melt together, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before pouring into chocolate moulds. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
