Fudgy Choc Pistachio Brownies

Fudgy Choc Pistachio Brownies 

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME: 10-15 minutes

SERVES: approx. 12 squares

You will need:

4 cups almond meal

2 tbs coconut flour

1/2 cup raw organic cacao powder

1/2 cup chopped dates

4 tbsp nut butter of choice

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil, melted

1 tsp natural vanilla extract

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1 cup pistachios

Lets make it:

Preheat oven to 160°C. Mix dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl, reserve some pistachios to add to the top. Add in wet ingredients and mix. Add to a greased baking tin, or one lined with parchment/baking paper. Sprinkle remaining pistachios on top and bake for 10-15 minutes until firm on top but still gooey inside. Allow to cool slightly and cut into squares. Keep in a refrigerated air tight container.
