1 cup dates, soaked

1 tsp natural pink Himalayan salt

2x 400ml cans organic coconut cream

1 tsp natural organic vanilla extract

In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy! Freeze for 4-6 hours in a freezer safe container.
