Creamy Cherry Ripe Pops

You will need:

2 cups fresh pitted cherries, halved

1 can organic coconut cream

1/4 cup maple or rice malt syrup (sugar free use stevia)

Lets make it.

Blend 1 cup of cherries with half the coconut cream and maple or rice malt syrup.

In ice cream moulds pour the mixture half way in each, pop a few cherry halves in each then top with remaining coconut cream, this should create a half half layer of cherry colour and white. Freeze until set.
