COOK TIME: 10-15 minutes
SERVES: 1 jar full
You will need:
1 cup raw organic cacao powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup extra virgin coconut oil
1/4 cup raw organic natural honey
1/2 cup organic coconut flakes
1/4 cup activated almonds
1/2 cup activated pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
Organic almond or coconut nut milk to top.
Let’s make it:
Preheat oven to 160°C. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Ensure all ingredients are well coated with oil and honey. On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, scoop mixture on and lay as flat as possible. Cook for around 7 minutes in the oven and then take tray out and re-mix. Cook for another 3-7 minutes until toasted to your liking.
