Mocha Mag-Yums

Home-made Mocha Magnums

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOK TIME: 5 minutes

SERVES: 4-6 magnums

You will need:

Popsicle moulds and sticks

Ice cream

2 cups organic almond or coconut milk

1 cup ice

1 tbsp coffee powder

2 tbsp raw organic cacao powder

1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil

1-2 drops stevia (optional)

Chocolate layer

2 cups raw organic cacao

2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil

Let’s make it:

Blend together almond milk, ice, coffee, cacao powder, coconut oil and stevia (optional). Pour into popsicle moulds, place in sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight. To make outer chocolate layer, melt together cacao and coconut oil in a small saucepan on low heat and allow to cool. Remove magnums from freezer and either pour chocolate layer over, or, drizzle over to ensure fully coated. Re-freeze for 2-3 hours to set.
