Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup medjool dates pits removed 
  • 1 cup almond meal almond flour 
  • 1/4 cup organic desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 tsp himalayan sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut for rolling the bliss balls
  • *optional vanilla vegan protein powder

Lets make it:

  • Roughly chop the dates and add them to the bowl of a food processor together with the almond meal, cup desiccated coconut, sea salt and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until the ingredients are smooth. Check that the mixture is sufficiently moist to be able to roll into balls. If not, add another date or two.
  • Add the additional 2 tablespoons of coconut to a large bowl. Roll the mixture into balls and then roll in the coconut.
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for you to a week alternatively can be frozen.
