Spiced Quinoa Porridge w/Baked Pear 

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME: 10 minutes

SERVES: 3-4

You will need:

2 cups quinoa cooked 

2 cups of organic almond, or coconut milk

2 pears

Stevia to taste

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp natural vanilla extract

Pinch of cardamom

Zest and juice of 2 oranges

Lets make it:

Slice pears into quarters and bake on 180° until tender and slightly blown. To make porridge, add cooked quinoa, stevia, vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom to a medium saucepan with almond or coconut milk until combined. Add porridge to bowls, top with baked pear. Optional, drizzle with honey, maple or rice malt syrup.
